The Center for Drug Evaluation (CDE) is a Contract Research Organization authorized by the Romanian Ministry of Public Health to develop benefit free clinical studies (first phase studies, bioequivalence study).
Founded and authorized in 2000 first as a bioanalytical research laboratory for pharmacokinetic determinations, the Center for Drug Evaluation covers a surface of 1150 m2, having two distinctive working units: a clinical unit and an analytical unit.

The specialist who work for CDE, perform complete clinical, bio-analytical and biostatistics services, respecting the latest national and international regulations in the medicine field.

We perform clinical studies both for the Iasi Antibiotice Company and for other pharmaceutical companies, by contract.

The Bio-analytical Laboratory is GLP certified (Good Laboratory Practice)

The Center holds also its own laboratory for metabolites synthesis, necessary in clinical studies

The Center for Drug Evaluation has a highly dedicated team of specialists, attested in medicine, pharmacology, chemistry, biochemistry and biology.

The application and compliance with the Good Clinical Practice and Good Laboratory Practice regulations are verified by our own Quality Assurance team.

We collaborate with more than 600 healthy volunteers, enrolled in our data base in order to perform the bioequivalence studies.

The Centre also has an independent Ethic Commission.
